Our team
Monument is run by people who have spent their careers on commercial closings.
Jordan S. Rosen, Esq.

Manager
Jordan S. Rosen leads Monument Title Group's title and settlement operations. He is a Maryland attorney and a licensed title insurance producer in Maryland and Virginia, and he has spent his career on the commercial side of real estate closings.
Before joining Monument in 2026, Jordan managed the Commercial Division of Community Title Network (formerly Continental Title Group) in Baltimore from 2013 to 2026, reviewing title, preparing commitments and coordinating closings for developers, national homebuilders and lenders. He began his career as an associate at a Baltimore-area real estate firm, representing developers in land acquisitions, sales and leasing.
Jordan's experience includes:
• Land-bank and finished-lot structures — land-bank acquisitions and builder takedowns, joinders and amendments to master purchase agreements, and phased subsequent closings where lots are conveyed on a schedule.
• Solar and renewable energy — title and escrow for utility-scale and community solar projects, including solar land leases and memoranda of lease, option exercises, easements, construction financing and lender title instructions.
• Residential subdivisions and multifamily — large-scale subdivisions, FHA/HUD-insured projects and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit developments.
• Commercial property — shopping centers, office buildings and raw land, for owners, investors and lenders.
Jordan reviews title personally on Monument files and is the day-to-day contact for lender counsel and deal teams.

Working with KatzDay. Monument shares an office with KatzDay, a real estate and business law firm. When a transaction needs contract drafting, title objection letters or entity work in addition to title and escrow, the two firms can coordinate under separate engagements. You are never required to use both.
